Returns and Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the last product from your order was delivered. To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by submitting a return request directly from your customer account or by contacting us at: [email address].

Returning Products

 After submitting a return request, please send the products to our address immediately, no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. The products must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds

 Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by us), immediately, no later than 14 days from the date we receive the return.

Exceptions

 The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products made to your specifications.
